We've also started rolling out ready-made Templates with built-in Formulas, plus a handful of smaller fixes and refinements based on what we heard from users.

Formulas — build calculations directly into your forms
This is the big one. Formulas let you build real calculations into your forms — auto-populate a field based on others, run the numbers on invoices and service agreements, or conditionally enable and disable a field depending on what's been entered elsewhere.
A few things Formulas can already do:
Reference any other field on the form, including Currency fields
Set Table Row values as read-only, calculated automatically by the formula
Enable or disable a field based on another field's value
Carry through when a form is copied across tenants, or downloaded from the Marketplace

Still on a legacy (Foundation) plan? Formulas aren't included there. Switch to a current plan from your subscription page to get access.
Building formulas is currently handled by our IndyForms Support Team rather than being self-serve. If you have a form that would benefit from formulas, get in touch via support chat or email [email protected], and we'll build it for you.
Templates with Formulas
Look out for the new Formula tag in Templates — a growing set of ready-made forms that come with formulas (and any supporting datasets) already built in, so you get the full working package rather than starting from scratch. First up are the NDIS Quote and Service Agreement and Schedule of Supports templates, with more on the way.

✨ What's Improved
Preset Date & Age field formats
Date and Age fields now let you choose from preset formats — short date, long date, month/year, or year only — instead of being locked into one fixed format for every field.
Document version indicators
Documents in your Library now show a "Version 1", "Version 2" tag, so it's easy to see at a glance which revision you're looking at.
Cleaner, safer form sharing links
We've removed the "Open New Record" option from share menus. It was easy to click by accident and could create an unwanted blank submission. Copying the New Record Link is now the clearer way to share a fresh copy of a form.

Action Items now count toward your to-do total
Outstanding Action Items assigned to you now show up in the same "to-do" count as everything else needing your attention, so nothing slips through the cracks.
