We’ve continued improving IndyForms to make workflows smoother, subscriptions easier to manage, and public forms more flexible.

Below is a summary of what’s new, what’s improved, and what’s coming next.


🚀 What’s New

Embeddable forms

Forms can now be embedded directly into external websites using an embed option in the form sharing menu.

This allows teams to:

  • display forms directly on their website

  • match the form background colour to their site

  • create a more seamless user experience for public submissions

Embeddable forms make it easier to collect information without redirecting users away from your website.

Form background styling

Public forms now support custom background styling when embedded.

This allows forms to better match the design of the website they are embedded in, creating a more consistent visual experience.

Subscription & pricing improvements

We’ve introduced updates to make subscription management clearer and easier.

Users can now:

  • Start a paid subscription directly from premium templates

  • Unlock paid features with fewer steps

  • See a clearer summary of charges before activating a subscription

These changes reduce friction when upgrading and help users access premium functionality faster.

Multi-currency subscriptions

IndyForms now supports automatic currency selection during sign-up.

When new users

create an account:

  • Australian users will see pricing in AUD

  • Users from other countries will see USD pricing

This helps make pricing clearer for international customers and simplifies subscription setup.

Automatic record numbering

Forms now support automatic record numbering, allowing records to be assigned a unique number when they are created.

You can configure custom prefixes and formats (for example, REQ-0001) to match your organisation’s workflows.

This makes records easier to reference in reports, emails, and audits, and helps teams track submissions more consistently.


✨ What’s Improved

Subscription workflow improvements

The subscription workflow has been streamlined to make it easier to add payment details, upgrade plans, and unlock paid features.

Premium template activation

Premium templates now provide a more direct upgrade path, allowing users to start a subscription directly with clearer pricing information.

Improved tenant invitations

The tenant invitation flow has been improved to make joining an organisation clearer and easier.


🔜 What’s Next (Product Roadmap)

Here’s what we’re currently working on.

Improved Public Forms

We’re continuing to expand Public Forms' functionality.

Upcoming improvements include:

  • the ability to pre-fill a public form and share it with others to complete

  • the ability to send public forms directly to an email address

  • allowing recipients to complete forms without needing to log in

These updates are designed to make public form workflows more flexible, collaborative, and easier to share outside the platform, leveraging many of our internal form smarts!

Automatic PDF email delivery

We’re currently working on a new feature that will allow PDF copies of submitted forms to be automatically sent to any email address or pre-configured users.

This will make it easier to share completed records with colleagues, clients, or external stakeholders without needing to manually download and send PDFs.

This update is designed to help streamline workflows and improve how completed form records are shared.
