Let your team add to datasets
Admins can now choose which groups can add and edit rows in a dataset, right from a form record. For example, your Staff group can add a new client's details once while filling in an intake form. Staff can then select it on every other form, with no double-handling.
To set it up, go to the dataset, edit its columns, and choose which groups can edit rows. Members of those groups will see an edit button next to that dataset on their forms.
Please note: datasets are only visible on internal access forms.
